Licensed for recruitment and placement
Anyone placing staff in Switzerland needs a licence under the Recruitment Act. Apogo GmbH holds it. Ritzl & Gietz relies on that licence today: every placement that comes about through the platform is officially handled by Apogo GmbH.
One team, two companies
One of the two founders of Ritzl & Gietz runs Apogo. The platform brings professionals and organisations together; when a hire comes about, Apogo takes over the contract, the processing and the invoice. For you, it stays one point of contact.

Your profile stays with Ritzl & Gietz. Apogo only receives details about you once a hire actually comes about, and only those needed to process it. If you are looking for temporary assignments, Apogo is the place to go directly.

You search in the Talent Finder and send offers through the platform. The placement fee is owed once someone actually starts working for you; the invoice comes from Apogo GmbH. For short-term gaps, Apogo helps with temporary staff.
