Terms of use

Short, because the arrangement is short. For professionals it is free. Organisations pay only when somebody actually starts.

For professionals

It is free. There is no commission at your expense, neither directly nor indirectly through your salary.
You decide who sees you, and you decide on every offer. Declining is one tap and needs no reason.
Your statements have to be true. We take down a profile with invented qualifications, the whole pool depends on it.
We expect you to confirm your availability regularly. One tap does it. Without confirmation your profile is paused and stops being found; nothing is deleted.

Searching and viewing profiles is free. Sending offers is free.
By sending an offer you accept these terms, the placement fee included. The fee is owed as soon as a person contacted through the platform actually starts working for you. The amount and payment terms are in the pricing overview or in your written agreement with us.
Your organisation is checked by a person before you see any names. We check the stated UID against the public commercial register and look at the organisation. We claim no check beyond that.
Contact details you receive through an acceptance may be used for that position only. Not for newsletters, not for other positions, not for third parties.
The fee cannot be routed around. It is owed even when the employment contract is concluded outside the platform, as long as the contact came about through the platform; that covers employments within twelve months of the last contact through the platform. Circumvention attempts are a breach of contract: access ends, and the fee remains owed.

We check identity, diplomas and employment references to the best of our knowledge and with care. We cannot guarantee their authenticity: we are not an official authority and have no access to professional or criminal registers.
Forged or artificially generated documents cannot always be detected beyond doubt. We look at every document closely and reject what does not hold up; we cannot rule out deception entirely.
Qualifications and employment stations are checked one by one, proof by proof. A category counts as fully verified only once every single proof has been submitted and checked, or once our team has resolved a gap by other means, for example in a conversation with the professional or the former employer, and has recorded that explicitly.

We guarantee no job, no reply and no particular number of offers.
We are not a party to your employment contract. What organisation and professional agree, those two agree.
This platform is being built. There may be interruptions.

Registered professionals receive a personal referral link. A referral counts when the referred professional registers through that link.
The reward is CHF 1'000 per referred professional and arises when that person starts a job arranged through the platform and passes the three-month probation period. The start and the completed probation must be confirmed to us by the hiring organisation or the professional.
Payout follows the completed probation period, to a Swiss account of the referring person. The status of every referral is visible in your account.
No entitlement arises from self-referral, from invented profiles or profiles created without the person's knowledge, or when the hire did not come about through the platform.

You can delete your account at any time. Locked immediately, removed after 30 days.
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. We say why.
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the seat of Ritzl & Gietz.
